The principal objective of the CES Human Resource Department is to maintain a coordinated and progressive environment among the working staff. To educate the staff for out-of-the-box, offbeat thinking, CES trains them extensively on the 21st-century skills and enable them to compete with everyday work-related challenges.

CES Human Resource Department prepares policies and procedural guidelines to facilitate speedy and effortless performance of other departments and the staff, especially by designing HR manuals, hiring/firing policies, as well as training staff regularly for performance enhancement.
